The user is wired to the Flock of Birds motion tracking system. A tracker is strapped to the user’s wrist and a transmitter is placed in front of the screen. The X-Y-Z coordinates of the user’s
hand are received from the transmitter and sent to a distant, out of sight laptop for cooking. The installation site for the project was the CRCA main space on the University of California, San Diego campus.
